The refund process will begin immediately after cancellation, but please note that the processing time for refunds can vary based on the payment method and the financial institution.

8. Returns and Refunds

We also reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee in cases where the returned product diminishes the item's value due to customer handling.

9. Warranties and Guarantees

Force Majeure: Bratiki Saga shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or any interruption or any failure of electricity or server, system, computer, internet, or telephone service.
No Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these terms by Bratiki Saga shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11. Force Majeure

Definition: "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of Bratiki Saga, whether or not foreseeable, that directly or indirectly causes a delay, disruption, or failure in our performance of any obligations under these terms. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, interruptions or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services, governmental actions, or any other similar events.
Relief: If Bratiki Saga is affected by a Force Majeure event, we shall promptly notify you of the nature and extent of the circumstances in question. Our performance under these terms shall be deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use reasonable endeavors to mitigate the effect of the Force Majeure event upon our performance and to fulfill our obligations under these terms.
Cancellation: If the Force Majeure event persists for a continuous period in excess of 60 days, either party may terminate any affected order or transaction by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of such termination, neither party shall be liable to the other for damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to such termination.
No Excuse for Non-Payment: You remain obligated to pay any amounts due to Bratiki Saga for orders completed prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure event.

Continued Effect: In the event that any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to replace the unenforceable provision with a provision that is enforceable and that comes as close as possible to expressing the intention of the unenforceable provision.
