Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  3. Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

  4. Return Process:

    • Before returning the item, please email us at service@bratikisaga.com stating the reason for your return.
    • We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and further instructions.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@bratikisaga.com.

  7. Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at service@bratikisaga.com and we will guide you through the process.

  8. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  9. Changes to our policy: Bratiki Saga reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
